Terms

The terms for coaching, Money Vitals and this website, in plain English.

Last updated 27 September 2026

1. Who I am

The Wealth Ward is run by Israel Nwachineke ("I", "me"), a Registered Mental Health Nurse based in England. Contact: thewealthwardfinance@gmail.com.

2. Education and coaching, not regulated advice

Everything on this site, in my content, in Money Vitals and in coaching is education and coaching. It isn't regulated financial advice, and I'm not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. I don't recommend specific investments, pensions, insurance, mortgages or providers, and no provider pays me for what I say in coaching. Some links I share on social media are referral links; I label them when I do. You stay in charge of your own decisions. For regulated advice, speak to an FCA-authorised adviser; for debt help, free services like MoneyHelper and StepChange are available.

3. Coaching

Booking and payment

Paid coaching isn't open yet. Right now the only coaching I offer is the free 15-minute triage call, which costs nothing. When paid coaching opens, I'll publish the prices on the coaching page and update these terms before taking any payment.

Your 14-day right to cancel

You can cancel within 14 days of paying, for any reason, and get a full refund. If you ask me to start sessions within those 14 days and then cancel, I'll refund you minus a fair amount for the sessions already delivered.

Moving or missing sessions

Give me at least 24 hours' notice to move a session and we'll rebook. A session missed without notice may count as used, though I'll always be reasonable if something came up on shift. If I need to move a session, I'll give you as much notice as I can and rebook at no cost.

What I ask of you

Coaching works when you're honest about your numbers and do the agreed actions between sessions. Results depend on your circumstances and choices, so I can't promise a particular outcome.

Confidentiality

What you share in coaching stays between us, except where the law requires me to share it or I'm seriously concerned for your safety or someone else's. See the privacy policy for how I handle your data.

4. Money Vitals

Money Vitals is sold through Lemon Squeezy, who act as the seller of record and handle payment, VAT and receipts. Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the app on up to 2 devices. It covers income tax and National Insurance for England, Wales and Northern Ireland; Scottish income tax rates aren't included yet. Figures are estimates to help you plan; your payslip and HMRC are the final word.

Because Money Vitals is digital content you can use straight away, your 14-day right to cancel ends once you've started using it, if you agreed to that at checkout. Even so, if something isn't right, email me and I'll do my best to sort it or refund you.

5. Using this website

You're welcome to share links to my content. Please don't copy my content, images or tools to sell or pass off as your own. I work hard to keep information accurate and up to date for the current tax year, but rules change, so check anything important before you act on it.

6. Liability

I'm not liable for decisions you make based on educational content, the calculator or the app. My total liability to you for coaching or Money Vitals is limited to what you paid me. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law doesn't allow me to limit, and your statutory rights as a consumer aren't affected.

7. Complaints and law

If you're unhappy, email me and I'll aim to put it right within 14 days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
